Icing Recipe I like

4 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons cream

4 tablespoons brown sugar

Melt the ingredients, cool and add vanilla to suit taste.  Mix in powdered sugar until right consistency to spread.  This icing will not have a powdered sugar taste.  I double up for a big cake.
