Stockholm Meat Balls
1 pound ground round steak
1 cup cooked rolled oats
½ teaspoon
Salt
pepper
sage
¼ tsp. celery salt
Few drops tabasco sauce
1 10 ½ ounce mushroom soup
1 cup ripe olives
Blend meat, oats & seasonings thoroughly into medium sized balls; place in casserole. Add 1 cup water in to soup & mix well; combine with olives & pour over meat balls. Cover & bake in medium oven (350degrees) 45 to 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
