Chocolate Cake (Cocoa)                        

1 ½ c. sugar

2 eggs

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsps. Cocoa

1 tsp. soda

Put the soda in the cocoa and pour ½ cup boiling water over the soda and cocoa, let it cool off.  Take 2 cups pastry flour.  Beat the sugar and eggs together and put the sour cream in, then put the flour in and last the soda and cocoa.  Stir well together.
