Apple Custard

Bake crust first, cook the apples but not mushy, drain and put into the baked shell.

Custard

1 egg

1 ½ cups of milk

2 tablespoons corn starch

Sugar to taste.  Pour over the apples,

Make a meringue of the white of egg.  Brown in the oven.
