Cinnamon Cakes                                  LiNette

1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 ½ cups flour, butter the size of an egg, pinch of salt.  1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder, grate a little nutmeg, put in pans and cover with ¾ cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed together.
