Buns
1 ½ cups milk warmed
½ cup sugar
½ cup yeast stir in flour and rise over night
Add ¼ cup sugar
¼ cup butter
¼ cup currants mould & rice

I am not certain that the word is mould, but I don’t know what else it could be; and why rice? Neither of these words have anything to do with buns; so maybe, you take a look at it and see what you think.

Barbecued Frankfurters Very Good
2 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
½ cup catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
¼ cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
½ dill pickle or ½ medium sized fresh cucumber diced.
8 frankfurters
8 frankfurter buns
2 teaspoons of sugar
Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and simmer until onion is soft, but not browned. Add the catsup, mustard, vinegar, water, pickle and sugar. Split the frankfurters lengthwise but only about 2/3 of the way through. Lay in sauce, cover and cook at a simmering temperature about fifteen minutes basting the frankfurters every five minutes with the sauce.
