Pickled Hot Peppers

To each quart 1 tablespoon salt

Equal parts water and vinegar.  Fill jar with peppers add salt, then fill with water and vinegar.

Mooket Woman

The name, Mooket Woman, is fascinating! Could she be a Native American Indian, I have to believe so by her name. I wish I knew more about her.
