Angel Food Cake

Got out of Successful Farming

1 cup cake flour sifted once before measuring

1 ½ cup sugar

1 1/3 cup egg whites

1 teaspoon cream tarter

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teasp. Of flavoring ½ vanilla, ½ almond.

With coal on wood stove, Bake for 40 minutes.
