Hot Chicken Salad       

4 c. cold cooked chicken in chunks

2 c. chopped celery

2 T. lemon juice

4 hard cooked eggs, cut up

2/3 c. chopped almonds (browned in butter)

2 small jars chopped pimento

1 ½ c. mayonnaise

1 t. each salt & accent

1 T. chopped onion

________________________________________

Crushed potato chips (barbeque ones are best)

1 c. sharp cheddar cheese – grated

Combine all ingredients above line & chill o’nite, if possible.

Top with cheese & potato chips –

Bake at 400degrees – for 20 to 25 min.
