Pineapple & Orange Jam – Blanche June 1927

1 large pineapple – put through course food chopper & save juice

4 or 5 oranges cut up (be sure to take off all white skin)

Weigh and use same weight of sugar.  Let stand over night.  Cook until transparent – about ten min. and put in jars.
