July 2^nd 1963        Meet the Millers

Skillet Meatloaf  300degrees

2 eggs

½ cup milk

1/3 cup chili sauce

½ teasp. Onion powder

¼ teasp. Garlic powder

½ teasp. Accent

1 teasp. Mustard

4 slices bread

2 lbs. meat (beef)

Shape into small meat loaf shape.

Put into electric fry pan 2 tbs. butter

1 pkg. (3oz) lime jello

1 c. boiling water

1 can (9oz) crushed pineapple in syrup)

1 cup creamy cottage cheese

1 tsp. horseradish

½ c. mayonnaise

Dissolve jello in water.  Add juice from pineapple.  Chill until slightly thickened.  Beat until frothy, fold in remaining ingredients and chill until set.
