Fudge
3 c. sugar ¾ c. water
Put cover on pan & boil; add 2 ½ sq. bitter choc. Stir until choc is all dissolved. After it boils to 220degrees add ½ fresh cream & cook to 232degrees.
Set in pan of water to cool. Cool to about 110degrees. Add hunk of butter, pinch of salt & t. vanilla & beat.
