Decatur Georgia from 1920’s through the

Three books that belonged to a German Bakery chef, His name was Alex Hielcher (I think).  One of the books is in German with some wonderful color pictures of the desserts, the handwritten cook book is mostly English with a few in German here and there.  The measurement amounts are meant for a bakery, so they are very large quantities, if you want to try them keep this in mind.
