Hot Chocolate
1 ½ sq. chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
Melt over steam and stir smooth. Heat 3 cups of milk and pour on chocolate and sugar after 1 cup boiling water has been poured on them.

Corn Pudding
1 can crushed corn
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Butter, melted
Salt and pepper
Butter the pan, Beat eggs separately until light, put white in last.
