Canned Corn                                   Mrs. Dolson

                                                          Middletown

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons lemon juice

1 qt. corn

Cut corn from the ear (raw); pack loosely in jars. Put lemon juice and salt on top and fill the jar with cold water.  Boil 2 ½ hours.  Very good and keeps fine.
