Creamed Potato Ring
Dice fine four or five potatoes; add to one cup of thick white sauce, well seasoned. A little minced onion and parsley may be added to the sauce. Pack mixture into a greased ring mold and chill over night. A few minutes before baking turn out on oven-ware platter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until thoroughly hot and well browned in a moderate oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit. To serve fill center with buttered peas and surround ring with thin slices of boiled ham.
