Fruitsoppa (Swedish Fruit Soup)      

This is very good!  I first had Fruit Soup where I went to college, in a small Swedish Heritage town in Kansas called Lindsborg.  They had a diner there that served Swedish foods as well as the usual types of diner foods to all of us hungry College students.  I had Swedish crepes with sour cream and Lingonberry’s, (which I still make to this day, Yummy!) and tried fruit soup, which is a traditional Holiday dessert to share; made of dried fruits.  It is a lovely buffet type of dish that is surprisingly good.
