Orange Pudding

1 pt. milk in double boiler, add 1 egg and yolk of another, heaping dessert spoon flour.

Slice oranges and let stand with sugar, add juice of 1 small lemon (about 2 tablespoons lemon) salt.  Frost with white egg & brown.

Peach Jam                                     Mrs. Folts  Middletown

Peal 18 peaches, remove seeds.  1 bottle maraschino cherries.  Grind together using juice.  Juice of two oranges.  Now measure; 1 ½ times sugar as fruit, boil stirring often.

Peal tomatoes – put oranges and lemon through the grinder.  Cook until tender add sugar and cook until right consistency –
