b. Sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon
Pinch salt
Pinch soda
Pinch cream of tartar
Beat yolk, add 4 Tb. Sugar, stir and add ½ tsp. vanilla. Beat with fork until creamy, add ½ tsp. cinnamon. Add salt, soda, & bit allspice. Beat whites stiff, add 1 Tb. Sugar and pinch cream of tartar. Add yolks to whites – stir.
