Baked Corn                                                   Frances

350dergees

1 cup corn

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

3 tbps. Melted-butter

2 tbps. Flour

1 cup milk

4 eggs separated.

Cherry (Cream Ice)                                           Frances

Stir 3 tbsp. lemon juice into 1 can of eagle brand milk.  Then add ¾ cup maraschino cherries – cut into pieces, 6 tbsp. cherry juice and 1 tsp. almond extract.  Blend well and chill.

Tsp. = teaspoon; tbps. And tbsp. = tablespoon.
