Hermits

1 ½ cups of brown sugar

½ cup butter

2 eggs

3 tablespoon sour milk

1 tablespoon soda

1 cup currants

1 cup raisins

¾ nuts

3 cups flour

1 tablespoon cinnamon and a little nutmeg.

Drop on greased pan.  Bake in Moderate oven.
