Cinnamon Flops

Sift 3 cups of flour with 3 teaspoons of B.P.

1 cup sugar

Cut 1 tablespoon lard, add 1 cup milk.  Sprinkle top with brown sugar and cinnamon.  Bake in 2 pie tins. 

350degrees 15 to 20 min.
