Peach Roll                                                  Mrs. Dyer

2 cups of flour

3 teaspoons of B.Powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons of sugar

3 tablespoons of butter

1 egg

½ cup of milk

Syrup

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of water

Boil to-gether 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough, fill with sliced fruit cut, and set in syrup. 

I am pretty sure that you are suppose to roll the dough up around the fruit and then cut in slices, then place in the syrup in a dish.
