Banana Pie

3 large tsp. sugar

1 large T. Flour

Mix with 2 egg yolks beaten

Add 1 T. cream & 1 T. butter

Pour mixture into 1 cup milk heated in double boiler.  Cook until thick.  Cool and add whites of eggs beaten stiff and 2 bananas sliced.  Sprinkle coconut on top and brown in oven.
