20 Minute Grape Butter
Wash and pick grapes from the stems, measure them and take equal parts of sugar and grapes. Put them on the fire and when they come of a good boil, then count 20 min. from that time until you take them off, and press all thru a sieve or strainer to take out seeds, but press as much of the skins thru as you can for this is where the flavor is, then fill your glasses. Don’t put back on the fire again.
