Grape Jam
5 lbs. sugar
4 ½ lbs. grapes
1 lb. seeded raisins
1 lb. walnut meats
3 oranges
Juice of 3
Rind of 1 ½
Separate grapes- boil pulp and strain. Put raisins – nutmeats and rind thru chopper. Boil about half down and add nut meats after taking from fire.
