Canned Peaches Ann Moore
1 pt. of sugar
1 pt. of Karo syrup (light)
½ pt. of water
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Heat peaches thru in syrup, pack in jars, seal and process 10 minutes.

Apple Sauce
Prepare sauce as for table use, bring to boil again, put into hot jars, seal and process, 15 minutes.

Fruit Salad Dressing
2 egg yolks (one whole egg is alright)
2 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. celery salt
3 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup orange juice
Beat egg yolks and add flour. Mix in rest of ingredients. Cook until it creams, stirring constantly. Beat for 2 minutes. Chill. Mix with little cream when serving.
