Lobster Ring

4 t. flour                                            ½ cup grated cheese

4 t. butter                                         salt & pepper

¾ cup milk                                       two eggs yolks (gently add to cream sauce)

¾ cup mushrooms (I think it says juice)/canned

Can of Lobster

½ cup or more (small can)

Mushrooms

Let above cool and add beaten whites 2 eggs.

Bake in pan hot water, about 20 to thirty minutes

(I am not sure why there is 2 listings for mushrooms.)
