Peach Sherbet                           

Two cups crushed peaches, one cup sugar, one-fourth cup lemon juice, two cups milk, two egg whites, beaten, one-eighth teaspoon salt.  Mix sugar with peaches and juice.  Pour into milk and add rest of ingredients.  Freeze regular freezer method or pour into tray in mechanical refrigerator and stir at thirty-minute intervals for one and one-half hours.  Freeze three hours or until stiff.

Frozen Fruit Salad

One cup mayonnaise two-thirds cup whipped cream, one cup diced pineapple, one cup diced peaches, one-half cup diced pears, one-half cup red cherries, one tablespoon lemon juice.  Mix ingredients and freeze regular freezer method or freeze 4 hours in mechanical refrigerator.  Serve on lettuce and top with more mayonnaise mixed with whipped cream.
