Strawberry Ice Cream     

1 box berries

3/4 C. sugar

1 whole egg

1 t. vanilla

1 t. lemon juice

1 C. cream whipped

Stem & cut berries, add sugar, lemon juice & vanilla. Beat egg & add. Whip cream & add – last add berries, etc. and beat all well.
