½ cup butter

½ cup melted Chocolate

½ cup milk

1 ¼ cup flour

½ teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon cream tartar

Scant measure for butter & chocolate

Peach Cake

½ cup sugar

½ cup milk

1 egg

1 ½ cups flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon butter

Put peaches in bottom of cake pan and batter on top.
