Spanish Noodles                  

Submitted by Mrs. George McCollum, Danville, Pennsylvania.

1 lb. freshly ground beef

1 pint of home-made noodles

¼ lb. cheese cut into small bits

1 can Campbell’s tomato soup

Onion to taste

Scramble beef and onion together in frying pan until brown.  Cook noodles in salt water until done.  And alternately the noodles and beef.  Pour Campbell’s soup over all.  Place in a casserole and add cheese to top.  Bake slowly until done.
