March 16th; 1969 Tuna Loaf & Cole’s Do-Do (Salad Dressing)
Bethel Maine 1930’s through the 1960’s.
Tuna Loaf 6703
2 cans tuna (7oz) dr. & flaked
1 canCr. Celery soup (10 ½ oz)
¾ c. Cr. Crumbs
½ c. soft br. Crumbs
¼ c. ev. Milk
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
4 eggs – 350degrees oven
Combine all in bowl – mix well, Spoon into 9x4x3” loaf pan. Bake 45 – 50 min, Serve as loaf or sandwiches.

Cole’s DO-Do-
6oz. Tomato Soup
2 oz. oil
1 oz. vinegar
½ oz. water
8 oz. sugar
Garlic salt
Mix well – Serve on tossed salad.
