Pumpkin Pie

4 ts. Pumpkin                      pinch of salt

½ cup sugar                         ¾ ts. Ginger

2 eggs                                   1/3 ts. Cinnamon & nutmeg to flavor

1 cup milk                            1 ts. (?) butter

Spaghetti

About ½ box spaghetti boiled in salted water & blanched, mixed with grated cheese.  The following should be cooked together for one hour and then added to spag. & cheese and baked in a slow oven:

1 can tomatoes                        salt & pepper

1 green pepper                        1 ts. Paprika

1/3 cup bacon fat                    2 onions

1 heaping ts. Sugar
