Meat Loaf      

1 # ground round                              1 Large onion

½ green bell pepper                         1 c. crumbs             1 beaten egg

½ can tomato soup (not diluted)

Put it in a roasting pan which has flour in it (shape it in a bread pan 1^st.) & spread the rest of the soup over the loaf and bake 1 hr.
